      FAQ'S
  • SUBMITTING A PHOTO:    I use your photo to create your custom Watercolor Portrait; therefore, the 'quality' of your photo denotes the 'quality' of the portrait. For examples: If your photo is low resolution or blurry or dark, then the Watercolor Portrait could display these imperfections. I do my best to correct these problems, but a nice quality photo is always preferred. 

  • PRICES: The price is $39.95 for 1 WATERCOLOR PORTRAIT of your HOME, PET, or VEHICLE.  The price is $29.95 for COLLEGE & UNIVERSITY portraits.  These prices includes FREE SHIPPING for 1st Class Mail. There is a DISCOUNT to order 2, 3, or MORE portraits.  To get this discount, see the PLACE AN ORDER page.

  • SHIPPING:  1st Class Shipping is FREE for ALL orders.  Your PORTRAIT will be shipped FLAT between 2 corrugated sheets in a manila envelope. 

  • SIZE: The actual image size is 8" x 10" on an 8 1/2" x 11" sheet. When trimmed, your PRINT will fit perfectly into an 8" x 10" frame or fit perfectly in the opening of an 11" x 14" mat. Some PORTRAIT PRINTS are vertical and some are horizontal. I do not trim the image because some people prefer to have the extra edging for ease of matting.

  •  EDGES: I make the image edges SQUARE on your portrait to give you a straight edge so it is easier to cut to fit in an 8"x10" frame or to center it in a mat.
                        
  • PAPER:   Your PORTRAIT will be on TEXTURED 80lb. ACID FREE watercolor art paper.
 
  • TURN AROUND TIME: My general 'turn around time' is 24 for REAL ESTATE AGENTS due to closing times.  All others are between 24 -48 hours except for major holidays.
       
  • COPYRIGHT: All of my artwork is copyrighted.  Please ask permission to use it.  All rights are reserved 2023.  The WATERMARK will NOT be on your portrait.
